Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@dropluma.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
